Executive Manager – Compliance, Quality & Growth Central Victoria | Senior Leadership Role | Office-Based Summary Triquetra Visions Pty Ltd (TVPL) is seeking an experienced and strategic Executive Manager – Compliance, Quality & Growth to lead compliance, quality systems and business development across our three operating streams: • Care Services (NDIS, Aged Care and Social Services) • Registered Training Organisation (RTO) • Rural Operations Operating across a rural and regional catchment exceeding 150 kilometres, TVPL delivers integrated community services and training with a strong governance and quality focus. This is a senior leadership role reporting directly to the Director. The position combines hands-on compliance leadership with structured business growth and stakeholder development. The role is primarily office-based in Central Victoria. Negotiated fortnightly hours may be considered. Key Responsibilities Governance & Compliance • Lead regulatory compliance across NDIS, Aged Care and Social Services frameworks • Ensure RTO compliance under the Standards for RTOs 2025 • Oversee audit preparation, reporting and corrective actions • Maintain integrated quality management systems • Lead risk management and continuous improvement initiatives • Support ISO quality system development Business Growth & Partnerships • Drive minimum 10% annual growth in Care Service clients • Drive minimum 15% annual growth in RTO enrolments • Develop and maintain community and industry partnerships • Build referral networks across rural and regional communities • Identify new service and training opportunities Leadership & Workforce Planning • Align workforce growth with revenue growth • Support operational managers and service leaders • Develop structured workforce planning models Systems & Reporting • Maintain compliance registers and reporting systems • Develop performance dashboards • Oversee student and client management systems • Ensure accurate regulatory reporting Qualifications & Experience Essential • Bachelor degree in Business, Governance, Compliance or related discipline OR • Advanced Diploma with significant senior compliance experience • Demonstrated experience in multi-regulatory environments (NDIS and/or RTO highly regarded) • Proven experience leading audits and compliance systems • Demonstrated involvement in business growth or revenue development • Strong stakeholder engagement capability • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (particularly Excel) Highly Desirable • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment • Quality Management or Risk Management qualification • WHS qualification • Experience in rural or regional service delivery What We Offer • Senior leadership opportunity in a growing regional organisation • Performance-linked incentive structure • Direct reporting to Director • Structured staged growth model • Opportunity to shape systems and partnerships • Office-based leadership role with flexible fortnightly hours Salary range: $120,000 – $140,000 + superannuation + performance incentive (up to 15%).
