Trios Sports Club is one of Cranbourne/Casey’s leading social venues, providing a high-quality service of food, gaming and entertainment, 7 days a week.

Situated within the Cranbourne Racing Centre, Trios is a well-established entertainment complex which hosts a Bistro, Sports Bar, Gaming and Function Room, allowing us to provide our members with a wide range of hospitality and entertainment options.

The opportunity

Trios Sports Clubs is seeking highly skilled and energetic individuals to assume the role of either a Gaming, TAB or Bistro attendant at our growing Cranbourne location on a casual basis in afternoon and night shift capacity over the weekends and weekdays. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patrons, while ensuring and ensuring that all OH&S obligations are followed.

As we grow our venue is becoming busier and we need more highly skilled and energetic people to join our team to help us keep up with demand.

Qualifications:

• Must hold a current RSA, RSG, RSF, Current Victorian gaming license

• Basic knowledge of TAB operations would be an advantageous but not required

• Experience working in a gaming role would be advantageous but not required.

• Excellent customer service skills

• High level communication skills

• Has the ability to work in a faced paced environment

• Ambition and motivation to learn

• Flexibility to work various shifts and hours each week, including late-night shifts until the venue closes at 3am
