Help Us Shape the Future of Aged Care
Trilogy Care is one of Australia’s fastest-growing approved
Home Care Package providers. Our innovative self-management model gives older
Australians more choice, transparency, and value – so they can spend less on
fees and more on the care they need.
We’re a vibrant, purpose-driven team dedicated to helping
people live independently at home for longer. It’s not just about compliance –
it’s about making a real difference for our clients, their families, and our
people. We’re proud to be building a workplace where individuals feel
empowered, supported, and valued.
We’re seeking a senior Clinician ready to apply their
clinical expertise in a leadership-focused, office-based role where your
insight strengthens care systems — not just individual episodes of care.
This position is ideal for an experienced practitioner with
a strong background in aged care, clinical risk, governance or compliance who
thrives in a structured, professional environment. Rather than delivering
direct bedside care, you will provide clinical supervision, escalation support
and risk oversight to Team Leaders and Care Partners responsible for care
management across our Home Care services.
You’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing the safety, quality
and compliance of care delivery — guiding complex decision-making,
strengthening incident management practices, and ensuring alignment with the
Aged Care Act and Quality Standards — all without shift work, home visits or
hospital-based pressures.
This is a role for a clinician who values influence, systems
improvement and professional leadership as much as hands-on care.
What you’ll do
Reporting to the Senior Manager – Internal Operations, you will:
- Provide clinical supervision and guidance to Team Leaders and Care Partners
- Act as the escalation point for complex clinical cases and risk management matters
- Support incident management in line with SIRS and regulatory requirements
- Strengthen clinical capability through mentoring and targeted training
- Ensure care planning aligns with the Aged Care Act and Quality Standards
- Partner with Clinical Governance to drive continuous improvement
- Contribute to a culture of safety, accountability and clinical excellence
- This role has no direct reports but holds significant clinical influence and leadership responsibility.
What you’ll bring
- Tertiary qualification in healthcare (e.g., Nursing, Allied Health, or similar) – Essential
- Current, unrestricted AHPRA registration with the relevant governing Board – Essential
- Experience and/or qualifications in Dementia, Delirium, Cognitive Impairment and/or mental health (Desirable)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical practice, with a focus on aged care, home care, or community health
- Strong knowledge of Home Care Packages, the aged care sector, and/or NDIS
- Experience in incident management, audits, or compliance frameworks
- Exceptional critical thinking, communication, and professional writing skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and CRM/documentation systems
