Operations & Compliance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operations & Compliance Manager to oversee day-to-day service delivery, NDIS compliance, staff training oversight, and operational functions within a small, values-driven organisation. This role is well suited to a hands-on operational leader with strong NDIS knowledge who is seeking flexibility through part-time hours. About the Role Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with NDIS Practice Standards, managing incidents and complaints, and providing operational oversight of our SIL service (supporting two participants). You will also oversee workforce compliance, training systems, and administrative workflows, working closely with a Service Coordinator and administrative support.
