We are currently hiring for multiple roles supporting participants of varying ages and a wide range of disabilities. We’re looking for bright, capable, motivated, and reliable individuals who are committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred support.

About the Role

As a Disability Support Worker with Tribe Support, you will:

• Provide individualised, respectful, and engaging support
• Assist participants with daily living, community access, and skill development
• Support participants to achieve their personal goals and maintain independence
• Build positive, professional relationships with participants and families
• Work across a variety of settings including home, community, and day programs

About You

We’re hoping to find people who are:

• Experienced in the disability or support sector (preferred)
• Compassionate, patient, and genuinely caring
• Reliable, motivated, and professional
• Able to adapt to different support needs and personalities
• Committed to delivering a high standard of care and support
• A good match for our participants and aligned with Tribe Support values

Essential Requirements

Relevant experience in disability support or a similar field

• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Working With Children Check
• First Aid & CPR
• Police Check
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• Right to work in Australia
