- Uniform, PPE, and dedicated learning tools (including a laptop)
- A vibrant calendar of team events, social activities, and celebrations
- Monthly team incentives featuring the products we proudly make
- Supportive, inclusive team culture that recognises effort and success
What We’re Looking For:
- A passion for brewing, packaging, or food manufacturing
- A strong willingness to learn and grow
- Good communication and writing skills, with the ability to follow processes and complete documentation accurately
- Attention to detail and the ability to work on your feet for up to 12 hours
- Strong Maths or Science skills (highly regarded)
- Previous experience in food or beverage manufacturing (desirable but not essential)
- A proactive attitude and commitment to personal development
- A current forklift licence (or willingness to obtain one)
- Flexibility to work changing shift patterns as part of a 24-hour operation
- Applicants must be 18 years or older
- Full Australian working rights (existing RTW essential)
- School leavers are encouraged to apply!
What You’ll Gain:
