Line Performance Fitter
Location: Berkeley Vale, NSW

This isn’t a role for someone who wants to coast. It’s for someone who wants to lead. You’ll be the heartbeat of our production lines, setting up, troubleshooting, fine-tuning, and mentoring others to deliver excellence every shift.
We have 2 roles available:
1 x Dayshift – 7:36am to 3:22pm – Monday to Friday.
1 x Night Shift – 11:50pm to 7:36am – Sunday to Thursday.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Setting up and trouble-shooting filling line equipment to meet production targets.
- Executing fast, efficient changeovers with minimal ramp-up time.
- Troubleshooting breakdowns and escalating issues via MEX.
- Performing autonomous maintenance and mechanical repairs.
- Driving continuous improvement and reducing waste.
- Supporting and developing Level 1 and 2 team members.
- Maintaining GMP compliance and quality documentation.
- Leading by example in safety, teamwork, and accountability

- You’ve got a Trade Qualification, Fitter or Mechanical background preferred.
