The Role

You will lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key responsibilities:

Manage projects from initiation through to completion
Coordinate with engineers, designers, contractors, and clients
Develop and track project plans, timelines, and resources
Monitor progress using ERP systems, Power BI, and Gantt charts
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
Oversee procurement, vendor management, and contracts
Lead project meetings and provide clear stakeholder updates
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
Prepare project documentation, reports, and budgets

About You

Degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, or Materials Engineering
5–10 years’ experience managing infrastructure projects
Strong knowledge of Australian Standards (AS 1170, AS 1428, AS 2156, AS 1657)
Confident in client-facing presentations and communication
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
Proficient in MS Project and project management tools
PMP or PRINCE2 certification (desirable)
Experience in water infrastructure (highly regarded)
Australian work rights required
