Description

Branch Supervisor (2IC – Front of House)

Ready to Lead the Team Behind Every Great Road Trip?

Do you love creating standout customer experiences and bringing out the best in the people around you? Are you the kind of leader who leads from the front? On the counter, on the yard, and alongside the team, keeping everything running smoothly in a fast-paced environment?

At Travvia, home of JUCY and Star RV, we’re on the lookout for a Branch Supervisor (2IC – Front of House) to join our Brisbane Branch. This is a hands-on, front-of-house leadership role for someone with personality, positivity, and a genuine passion for people, service, and teamwork.

The Destination: Where Leadership Meets Customer Experience

As Branch Supervisor, you’re the Branch Manager’s right-hand person and a key driver of the customer journey. You’ll support daily operations while leading by example, delivering friendly, professional service, supporting vehicle operations, and keeping the branch humming.

This isn’t a desk-bound role. You’ll be visible, approachable, and actively involved in customer interactions, vehicle handovers, sales, and team development & support, helping ensure every traveller leaves confident, happy, and ready for adventure.

Your Journey on the Road

Lead From the Front

You’ll support the Branch Manager in overseeing daily branch operations, ensuring customer service, vehicle detailing, fleet maintenance, and administration all run smoothly and consistently.

Create Memorable Customer Experiences

You’ll meet and greet customers from all over the world, handle escalations with confidence, and ensure every interaction reflects the JUCY and Star RV brand.

Deliver Seamless Vehicle Handovers

You’ll dispatch and return rental cars, campervans, and motorhomes, providing clear demonstrations, completing safety checks, and ensuring vehicles are presented to a high standard (training provided).

Drive Performance & Sales

You’ll actively drive rental sales, excess reduction, and ancillary products, coaching the team to match customer needs with the right solutions.

Support, Mentor & Develop the Team

You’ll assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, and day-to-day coaching, helping build a motivated, customer-centric team that lives our values.

Keep Operations on Track

You’ll work closely with internal teams and third-party suppliers, support fleet and workshop coordination, and help maintain efficient systems, processes, and safety standards.

What You’ll Bring to the Trip

You’re a people-first leader who enjoys being hands-on, thrives in a busy environment, and knows that great service starts with a great team.

You’ll also bring:

• Minimum 1 year of people leadership or supervisory experience

• Strong front-of-house customer service experience

• A proven ability to drive sales and performance

• Confidence handling customer issues and leading by example

• Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail with a proactive, solutions-

focused mindset

• A full driver’s licence and availability to work a 38hour rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays

Experience in tourism, rental vehicles, fleet management, or workshops is an advantage—but not essential.
