Branch Manager to ensure the branch operates efficiently, profitably, and

Lead & Inspire
• Support recruitment, coaching, and performance development
• Align team goals with business strategy
• Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Drive Operational Excellence
• Support daily branch operations, fleet management, and
compliance
• Maintain brand and service standards
• Improve systems and streamline processes
Champion Customer Experience
• Lead a customer-first culture
• Monitor feedback and NPS performance
• Resolve escalated issues professionally and efficiently
Support Financial Performance
• Assist in delivering budget and revenue targets
• Identify growth opportunities
• Ensure accurate reporting and cost control
What You’ll Bring to the Trip
Essential:
• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing
teams
• Strong customer service background
• Experience managing performance, change, and operational improvement
• Confident decision-maker with strong conflict resolution skills
• Experience using CRM/reporting systems and basic–intermediate Excel
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Desirable:
• Fleet, vehicle compliance, or workshop operations
experience
• Business qualification (or similar)
