WANTED: Disability Support Worker

• Location: Sunshine Coast

• Hours: Permanent, Full-Time

We have immediate openings for Disability Support Workers to join our team in supporting our participants at Sunshine Coast who have complex support needs with conditions including autism, intellectual impairment, dementia and anxiety disorder.

  • This is an identified role that requires FEMALE support workers as a genuine occupational requirement.
  • Must be available to be rostered through all 7 days in a week, including sleepovers (FTE 38 hours).
  • Should have a minimum of 1 year experience in supporting clients with complex conditions as described above.

COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Yellow Card or NDIS worker screening clearance (or immediately obtain).
  • Blue Card (or immediately obtain).
  • Current First Aid and CPR (or immediately obtain).
  • Driver’s License, Comprehensive vehicle Insurance and Vehicle.
  • NDIS worker orientation modules x 3 (Free Online Training).
  • Positive attitude and passion to improving the lives of people.
  • Adhere to The NDIS Code of Conduct.
