Based in Tallangatta with WFH flexibility, you’ll:

  • support the delivery of Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Performance Reviews, Investigations and Training
  • provide specialist advice, guidance and solutions across the organisation, while building relationships with employees, leaders and executives
  • deliver internal training, coach, guide, and empower People Leaders to develop capability relevant to their area
  • support the development and implementation of employee engagement strategies
  • collaborate with leadership to identify and address workforce planning needs
  • monitor and report on HR metrics to inform decision-making and strategy development

To be successful, you’ll:

  • be able to switch between complex tasks easily, ensuring confidentiality, integrity, accuracy, and timely outcomes
  • have completed a Cert IV or higher in Human Resources and have relevant experience or transferable skills (2+ years), preferably in a regulated environment. Applicants who have completed a minimum 50% or more of their qualification and have transferable skills will be considered. Please provide an overview of your transferable skills in your cover letter
  • demonstrated experience across a broad range of Human Resources functions, including the ability to interpret policies, awards, agreements and legislation
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to use initiative, work collaboratively, influence, and build relationships
  • excellent digital literacy, including SharePoint, Microsoft Office and MS Teams
  • knowledge of and experience using HRIS, particularly Employment Hero, will be highly regarded
  • full Australian working rights and a valid driver’s licence
