Educator (Tallangatta)
- Full-time role based in Tallangatta
- $33.43 – $35.49 per hour

In this role, you’ll:
- Deliver high-quality, developmentally-based educational programs that foster a safe and engaging environment for children of all abilities.
- Implement and evaluate programs in compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards, while fostering positive relationships with children.
- Communicate program goals and activities to parents and maintain confidential child developmental records.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and report operational changes to the Room Leader/Centre Manager as needed.
- Enhance professional skills through training and maintain knowledge of relevant regulations and policies, while contributing to the cleanliness and overall quality of the Centre.
To be successful:
- Completion of a Certificate III (minimum) or Diploma in Early Childhood Education, or actively working towards one of those qualifications, with a commitment to completion.
- Knowledge of the issues and needs that affect young children and their families.
- Knowledge of the National Quality Framework and VEYLD.
- Organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Victorian Employee Working with Children Check.
- Class C Driver’s Licence.
