Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve customers with a friendly and positive attitude, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.

• Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverages, following established recipes and quality standards.

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the cafe, including tables, counters, and dining areas.

• Assist in restocking inventory, monitoring supplies, and notifying management of any shortages or discrepancies.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and exceptional customer service.

• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

• Assist in the setup and breakdown of events or special promotions as required.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

• Barista qualification preferred.
