TotalFusion Platinum (TFP) Newstead is a world-class wellness destination, a multi-level facility combining premium fitness studios, spa and recovery zones, allied health, rooftop wellness, and high-touch member services. With over 6,000 active members and continuous growth, the standard of our facilities is a core part of the TFP experience.
We are seeking a Housekeeping Manager to lead our dedicated cleaning team and maintain the immaculate presentation, safety, and cleanliness expected across every area of our precinct.
Your Impact
- You will manage the daily operations of housekeeping across a large, high-traffic environment, supporting your team in ensuring every studio, change room, spa zone, wellness space, gym floor, and rooftop area is consistently clean, reset, and presentation-ready.
- You’ll build a strong team culture, uphold clear standards, and work closely with internal departments to support smooth operations.
- Lead from the front and work both alongside your team across the facility and as their leader
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coordinate, and support the housekeeping team across multiple zones
- Build and manage an effective cleaning roster
- Maintain premium presentation standards in all member and staff areas
- Operate and oversee our commercial laundry systems
- Conduct daily walk-throughs to identify cleanliness gaps, hazards, and maintenance needs
- Escalate maintenance issues promptly to the relevant department
- Work collaboratively with department heads to support events and high-traffic operational requirements
- Train team members on processes, standards, and expectations
- Maintain compliance with all health, hygiene, and safety procedures
What You Bring
- Proven experience leading a housekeeping or cleaning team in hospitality, fitness, hotel, or large-scale facilities
- High personal standards for cleanliness, organisation, and presentation
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage rosters and juggle competing priorities
- Calm, reliable, solutions-focused approach
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple departments
- Flexibility to work across your roster between 5am–10pm
