We are looking for an experienced and passionate Doggy Daycare Manager to lead our team and ensure the highest standards of care for our dogs and customers.
This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who loves dogs, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has strong people-management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the daycare
- Lead, train, and support the team
- Ensure dog safety, welfare, and behaviour standards
- Manage rosters, attendance, and workflows
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Maintain cleanliness, compliance, and safety protocols
About You:
- Proven leadership or management experience (animal care preferred)
- Daycare and/or Grooming experience
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Calm, confident, and assertive with both dogs and people
- Passionate about animal welfare and team culture
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends
