About You:
If you are an experienced Dermal & Laser Therapist that wants to work with a team of highly trained and qualified Dermal Therapists, Aesthetic Doctor, Remedial and Ayurvedic Therapists with an incredible front of house team, then TFP Spa is where you need to be.
We’re looking for someone who is:
A warm, friendly ‘people person’ with a passion for guest service and results
Solutions-oriented with strong attention to detail
Able to thrive in a busy multi-modality environment
Confident to recommend personalised homecare and programs
A high performer who is continually expanding their knowledge
Ability to recommend other complimenting professionals within the space
Professionally presented and groomed
Passionate about skin health, results driven treatments and overall wellness
Available to work weekends and evenings
Skills & experience:
To be successful in this role, it’s essential you are passionate about skin health, aesthetics and wellness. Proven ability to confidently create transformative skin programs while providing warm, friendly service will set you apart.
A proven background in Dermal Therapy with at least 5 years experience within a clinical environment.
QLD open laser licence for hair reduction, skin rejuvenation and vascular licence (tattoo desirable)
Expert in skin consultations and confidence in creating personalised skin programs.
Proven high performing retail and sales skills
Warm and professional guest service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Exceptional organisation skills and attention to detail
Personal interest in people, skin, health, wellness, longevity and /or nutrition
