We’re seeking a hands-on and passionate Cafe Manager to lead our café and hospitality operations — driving service excellence across our Refuel Café, events, and contributing to our member experience.
Your Impact:
As Cafe Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our hospitality operations within our Cafe, leading daily service, inspiring your team, and maintaining the premium standard that defines TotalFusion Morningside.
You’ll bring a strong café or restaurant background, a love of coffee and service, and a leadership style that’s both motivating and grounded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all food, beverage, and hospitality operations across our Café.
- Be actively involved in daily operations, leading by example and providing hands-on support across all service areas.
- Drive team performance through effective leadership, mentoring, and training.
- Uphold a premium standard of service and presentation aligned with TotalFusion’s luxury brand identity.
- Manage financial performance, stock control, supplier relationships, and operational efficiency.
- Oversee menu development, seasonal offerings, and product innovation.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, licensing, and WHS standards.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance guest experience and operational excellence.
About You:

What You Bring:
- Proven leadership experience in hospitality, restaurant or café operations.
- Strong barista and coffee knowledge — you love quality and consistency
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A passion for food, wellness, and delivering memorable experiences
- Commercial acumen and attention to operational detail
- Proficiency in POS, rostering, and stock management systems

Schedule:
Full time position requiring flexibility, including weekends and public holidays, in line with business operations.
