About the Role
As the Sales Manager, you will lead the club’s sales strategy while developing a motivated, accountable and high-performing team.
Your responsibilities will include:
-Managing the end-to-end sales performance of the club
–Leading and managing a team of Sales Consultants, including rostering, performance management and ongoing development
-Setting clear team and individual KPIs and driving accountability toward targets
-Coaching, mentoring and developing the sales team to maximise performance and career growth
-Building and managing a strong pipeline of leads to support consistent membership growth
-Developing strategies to generate new leads through in-club initiatives, partnerships and community engagement
-Planning and executing in-club activations, open days and events to drive member acquisition
-Identifying and developing B2B partnerships and corporate opportunities to expand the club’s reach
-Maintaining exceptional service standards across the club experience
-Ensuring all operational and safety procedures are followed
-Actively participating in TotalFusion launches, events and training initiatives
