The Role and Responsibilities

Preparing and presenting high-quality cafe meals to brand standards
Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP compliance)
Managing prep, stock rotation and portion control
Supporting menu execution and seasonal changes
Working collaboratively with cafe and front of house teams
Contributing ideas aligned with health and wellness trends

About You

Trade qualified – Certificate 3 in Commercial Cookery
Organised, efficient and calm under pressure
Available for flexible shifts, including weekends
Reliable professional and a strong team player
