About the role:

In this role, you’ll play a critical part in analysing and reconciling supplier data against customer consignment declarations, ensuring all charges are accurate and align with agreed rates, surcharges, and trading terms. Your keen eye for detail and commitment to accuracy will help us maintain smooth financial operations and keep our customers happy.

The day looks like this:

  • Invoicing & Data Accuracy: Prepare, review, and reconcile customer invoices
  • Investigating additional charges
  • Liaising with carriers and internal team to clarify billings issues and obtain supporting documents when required
  • Raising and managing credit claims with carriers when incorrect charges are identified
  • Monitoring high value consignments or large invoice discrepancies to ensure they are reviewed when billing
  • Liaising with customer and carriers to resolve billing inquiries
  • Provide quotes- determining the best carrier for their request

We’re looking for candidates who have previous experience in billing, finance, or accounting, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MYOB or other accounting software.
