About the role:

As a Business Analyst at TIG, you’ll play a key role in shaping and improving our technology platforms by working closely with stakeholders across the business.

You’ll be responsible for understanding business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements for our Technology team.

This role sits at the intersection of business and technology and is ideal for someone who enjoys real collaboration, problem‑solving, and delivering practical outcomes.

The day looks like this:

  • Engage with internal stakeholders to understand processes, challenges, and requirements
  • Analyze current workflows and help design improved future‑state processes
  • Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation
  • Work closely with developers, testers, and product stakeholders during delivery
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand‑ups, and reviews
  • Support testing, UAT, and solution sign‑off to ensure business needs are met
  • Maintain clear documentation, notes, and traceability throughout delivery
  • Support business readiness and change impacts by ensuring stakeholders understand new or changed processes and system behaviour.
