Registered Nurse

As a Casual Registered Nurse (RN), you will play a vital role in supporting people living with disability and complex health needs by delivering high-quality clinical care when it matters most. This role is ideal for nurses who want the flexibility of casual shifts while still making a meaningful difference in participants’ lives.

You will provide nursing assessments, medication administration, wound care, and clinical oversight, while also supporting high-intensity daily personal activities (HIDPA) such as enteral feeding, catheter care, tracheostomy management, and seizure response.

Working alongside support workers, allied health professionals, and families, you will ensure participants receive safe, person-centred care that promotes health, dignity, and independence. Reporting to the Clinical Team Leader, you will contribute to care planning, provide clinical advice to the support team, and escalate concerns as required.

This position requires current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse with demonstrated knowledge of disability, community, or acute care nursing. Previous experience with high-intensity supports or NDIS participants is highly desirable, though support and training will be provided.

Essential requirements include a current NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid and CPR, current immunisations, and a valid driver’s licence.
