As we continue to evolve and grow, we’re looking for an experienced Change Lead to play a pivotal role in shaping how change is delivered and embedded across Thinktank.
Role Overview
The Change Lead is responsible for leading enterprise‑wide change initiatives and embedding a scalable, fit‑for‑purpose
change management framework across Thinktank’s major projects and programs.
Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, this role leads the Business Change Team and partners closely with senior leaders, project sponsors, PMO, and key stakeholders to ensure change is
delivered in a controlled, transparent and people‑centred way.
This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who thrives on bringing people along the journey — creating clarity, building capability, and ensuring change sticks.
Key Accountabilities
- Lead and develop the Business Change team to deliver consistent,
high‑quality change outcomes, with a focus on wellbeing and performance.
- Ensure change initiatives align to Thinktank’s Change Management
Framework, PMO governance and risk controls.
- Create and deliver end‑to‑end change plans (comms, training, readiness and reinforcement) using ADKAR or a fit‑for‑purpose framework.
- Build compelling narratives that clearly explain the why, what and how of change to reduce resistance and build buy‑in
- Lead stakeholder engagement and co‑design workshops that build shared ownership (we Work as one).
Oversee UAT business engagement (test planning, defect tracking and
go‑live readiness) and maintain documentation standards.
- Track and report change readiness, sentiment, adoption and benefits realisation;
capture lessons learned through PIRs.
About You
You’re a collaborative, values‑led change leader who puts people first and balances structure with pragmatism. You’re confident influencing at all levels and passionate about making change
meaningful and sustainable.
You’ll bring:
- Proven experience leading organisational change, ideally within
financial services or complex project environments
- Prosci certification (essential)
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing a small team
- Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation and communication
skills
- Experience using Jira and Confluence for tracking and documentation
- A practical, analytical approach to managing change impacts and
resistance
- Experience with AI, automation or system integrations (highly
regarded)
