As we prepare to launch our flagship centre in Eltham, we’re seeking a qualified Naturopath who also practices Acupuncture to join our multidisciplinary team.

This is a unique opportunity to support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, hormonal imbalances, and gut-brain dysregulation within a holistic and purpose-built environment.

About the Role

Position: Naturopath with Acupuncture (Part-Time or Full-Time)

Flexible days and client schedule

Work within a multidisciplinary team including psychologists, neurofeedback therapists, IV specialists, nutritionists, and trauma clinicians

Deliver personalised treatment plans that bridge evidence-based naturopathy and traditional Chinese medicine

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive naturopathic assessments focusing on nervous system, gut, endocrine, immune, and mood-related presentations

Deliver acupuncture treatments for stress regulation, hormonal balance, trauma support, chronic fatigue, and pain management

Prescribe practitioner-grade supplements, herbal medicine, and nutritional protocols

Integrate diagnostic data (e.g. OligoScan, gut microbiome testing) into care planning

Collaborate with allied professionals to deliver coordinated, measurable client outcomes

Educate clients in self-regulation strategies and holistic lifestyle support

About You

Degree-qualified Naturopath and Registered Acupuncturist

Registered with an Australian professional association (ANTA, NHAA, ATMS, AACMA, or AHPRA for acupuncture)

Minimum 3 years’ clinical experience preferred

Confident in both natural medicine and trauma-informed acupuncture delivery

Passionate about working in a collaborative, neuroscience-aligned wellness setting

Strong communication and clinical documentation skills

Values client safety, emotional care, and whole-person healing
