The Support People is a registered NDIS provider committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred supports that enable people to live as independently as possible.
We are currently seeking compassionate and reliable female Disability Support Workers to provide in-home and community-based support to an NDIS participant located in Geelong.

About the Role
As a Disability Support Worker, you will assist the participant to live independently in their home and actively engage in the community, working within a person-centred framework.
Shifts may include weekdays, evenings, and/or weekends depending on participant needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Assistance with personal care and daily living activities
- Community access and transport to appointments and activities
- Domestic support including, meal preparation and light household tasks
- Supporting independence, life skills development, and social participation
- Following individual support plans and maintaining accurate documentation
- Reporting incidents and changes in participant wellbeing in line with organisational policies
Essential Requirements
- Female applicant (participant choice requirement)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children Check
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Current driver’s licence
- Reliable, roadworthy & registered vehicle
- Smartphone and confidence using mobile apps for shift notes and rosters
- Right to work in Australia
Desirable
- Certificate III or IV in Disability or Individual Support
- Previous experience supporting people with disabilities
