• shift times: 4.30am-11am
• shifts per week 2-3 shifts/ week
• weekends: weekend availability
• weekday rates: $33.99/hour weekday (Ages 20+)
• weekend rates: $44.34/hour weekday (Ages 20+)

As Cafe All Rounder / Console Operator at The Station Grocer, you will be instrumental in crafting our delectable array of sandwiches, rolls, wraps, salads and more, offering on-trend creations that boast quality and freshness. When at the forefront of serving our customers you will be responsible for operating the console, assisting customers with fuel purchases, processing transactions, and ensuring a smooth operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft a diverse selection of sandwiches, rolls, wraps, and salads using premium, fresh ingredients.
• Operate the console system efficiently to process fuel transactions accurately.
• Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, providing assistance and guidance as needed.
• Handle cash, card, and electronic transactions with precision and attention to detail.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation role.
• Knowledge of basic food safety and hygiene practices.
• Previous experience in a customer service or retail environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
