About the role
We are seeking a Clinical Trials Coordinator to join our team. This role is key in coordinating clinical studies and trials, ensuring protocols and documentation are maintained. In this role, you will:
- Coordinate studies / trials
- Maintain appropriate and accurate documentation
- Understand and follow protocols
- Work closely with the Research and Clinical Trials team
- Maintain compliance with health and safety standards.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys detail-oriented work and liaising with patients.
About you
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills.
- Previous experience in Clinical Trials including working knowledge of International Conference on Harmonisation (ICH), Good Clinical Practice and other regulatory and ethical requirements in the conduct of clinical trials in Australia
- Degree in a health-related discipline and/or relevant industry experience
- Demonstrated strong attention to detail and time management skills

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work as part of a small team
