About the Role

We’re looking for a driven Account Manager to grow sales across the Melbourne metropolitan region and surrounds through consultative selling, relationship management, and new business development.

This is a dynamic, field‑based role where you’ll manage your own territory, conduct in‑home consultations using a fully maintained mobile showroom, and work closely with builders, pool builders, architects, landscapers, wholesalers, and homeowners.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive business development and strategic account management
• Identify and convert new opportunities across key industry segments
• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision‑makers and influencers
• Conduct in‑home consultations, provide tailored product solutions, and prepare accurate quotes
• Represent the brand at industry events and networking opportunities
• Manage CRM activity (SAP), sales pipelines, and reporting
• Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and product knowledge

About You

• Proven experience in field sales, account management, or business development
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
• Self‑motivated, organised, and solutions focused
• Confident using CRM systems (SAP highly regarded)
• Interest in colour and design; construction or building materials experience highly valued but not essential
• Valid Australian driver’s licence and willingness to travel
