About The Hobart Clinic
The Hobart Clinic is a not-for-profit mental health service provider, committed to providing high-quality mental health inpatient and outpatient services and therapeutic programs.
Established in 1984, last year The Clinic celebrated it’s 40-year anniversary of providing Life Changing Care. The Clinic has grown into a highly respected non-government mental health service provider, with a 27-bed inpatient facility set on seven acres on Hobart’s Eastern Shore, and The Hobart Clinic MindHub consulting suites and group facilities in Hobart’s CBD.
The Hobart Clinic is located, you guessed it, in Hobart, Tasmania, (otherwise known as ‘the little Island’ at the bottom of ‘the big island’ of Australia). Last year we celebrate our 40-year anniversary. We are looking for Psychiatrists who enjoy both inpatient and outpatient work who are interested in joining our team creating the next forty years of our story.
Our Purpose is to provide mental health and wellbeing services for individuals, families and the community in recognition that mental health and wellbeing (like physical health and wellbeing) is something that affects us all.
