About WorkUP
At WorkUP Queensland, we believe the workforce is a powerful driver for change in ending violence. As the workforce development partner for the sexual violence, women’s health and wellbeing, and domestic and family violence sectors in Queensland, we collaborate with frontline service providers to design and deliver workforce capability and capacity-building strategies.
WorkUP Queensland is led by The Healing Foundation, an organisation deeply connected to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures and healing, and is supported by ANROWS, an expert in evidence-based policy and practice. Together, we work to address workforce-related challenges and create opportunities to strengthen and grow the sector.
