We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Assistant Manager to join our Energy Team.

Role Summary:

The Assistant Manager will support the Energy Team in delivering projects with the highest level of quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in energy consulting or engineering and experience in managing project workflows and teams. This role is suited for a professional who is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to balance team management with technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Energy Team Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met.

Coordinate with project teams, providing guidance and support to achieve client objectives.

Review project plans, technical specifications, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Identify areas for improvement in project processes, supporting team members’ development and contributing to knowledge sharing.

Manage client communications, addressing project needs and providing status updates.

Contribute to energy analysis, project documentation, and reporting.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.

Proven experience in energy consulting, engineering, or project management.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Experience in a supervisory or team lead role is an advantage.

Familiarity with relevant energy industry standards and regulations.
