If you’re a hands-on performance marketer who’s tired of just “managing accounts” and wants full ownership of strategy, execution, and results, this is your role. This position is based five days a week in our Sydney CBD office reporting to The Head Of Marketing.
At The Dental Group, you’ll take complete control of paid media and CRM across three established, high-volume brands, with real budgets, real data, and real impact on revenue.

What You’ll Own
Paid Media (Google & Meta)
- Build, launch and optimise campaigns across Search, Display, PMax & Meta
- Own budgets, bidding strategies, targeting and performance
- Write and test ad copy that converts
- Continuously optimise for CPL, ROAS and conversion quality
- Stay ahead of platform and algorithm changes
Tracking & Analytics
- Own GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel and conversion tracking
- Set up, troubleshoot and optimise tracking across all brands
- Turn data into clear, actionable insights
CRM & Lifecycle Marketing (HubSpot)
- Own HubSpot across all brands
- Build landing pages, email campaigns and automated workflows
- Drive lead nurture, reactivation and database growth
- Manage segmentation, pipelines and reporting
Projects
- Support The Head of Marketing in working on three website rebuilds end-to-end + a new app build.
- Work on wordpress to implement optimisation
SEO & Content Oversight
- Review blog content for quality, compliance and performance alignment
- Ensure strong SEO, CRO and tracking foundations
What you must have:
- 4+ years in hands-on performance marketing (agency experience highly regarded)
- Proven experience building and scaling Google Ads & Meta campaigns from scratch
- Strong experience with GTM, GA4, and end-to-end tracking implementation
- Experience using HubSpot (or similar CRM platforms)
- Excellent ad copywriting skills
- Strong analytical mindset, you know how to turn data into decisions
- Experience using AI tools in your workflow
- Ability to manage multiple brands and priorities independently
Nice to have:
- WordPress / Elementor experience
- HubSpot certifications
- Healthcare or regulated industry experience
- Familiarity with AHPRA guidelines

Salary:
90,000 – 115k Plus Super
