The Dental Group, a leader in delivering exceptional dental care, is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced In-House Recruiter to drive our talent acquisition efforts and support our growth across multiple locations. This is a part-time role of 3-4 days per week.

In this pivotal role, you will utilise your recruiting expertise to attract top talent, enhance our employer brand, and contribute to a culture that values care, innovation, and excellence. You’ll be responsible for the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to facilitating a seamless onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract high-quality candidates across various roles specialist and generalist roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, provide guidance on recruitment best practices, and optimise job specifications.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, fit, and alignment with The Dental Group’s values.
  • Develop tailored onboarding experiences for each of our brands.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and networks to create a talent pipeline.
  • Utilise innovative sourcing techniques, including online platforms, social media, and professional networks to identify talent.
  • Utilise Employment Hero to track candidate progress and ensure an efficient hiring process.
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to stay informed about trends, industry standards, and competitive practices in talent acquisition.
  • Enhance the candidate experience by providing timely feedback and maintaining clear communication throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within healthcare or service sectors.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage multiple recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, candidate sourcing techniques, and employment law.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Solid organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
