The Sydney Implant Institute, Australia’s largest dental implant centre by volume, is offering a unique opportunity for the right dentist to join our team and receive structured training in advanced dental procedures including All-on-4, implants, bone grafting, and full-arch rehabilitation.

Your Role and Development Pathway

  • This is a training role akin to a hospital surgical registrar. As such it is salaried for the first 12 months.
  • Receive hands-on mentorship in implant placement, bone grafting, and All-on-4 procedures.
  • Develop skills in prosthetically driven treatment planning using digital workflows and 3D surgical guides.
  • Work alongside experienced oral surgeons and surgical dentists in complex case discussions and treatment planning.
  • Participate in continuing education courses, workshops, and live patient training (clinic-sponsored).

Requirements

  • 3+ years clinical experience in general dentistry.
  • Passionate about surgery, implants, and complex restorative work.
  • Keen to learn and grow under expert mentorship.
  • AHPRA-registered with full working rights in Australia.
  • A strong communicator with a patient-focused approach.
