The Dental Group is looking for a passionate and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dynamic team at the Sydney Implant Institute in our new Sydney CBD location.

As a Dental Assistant, you will:

• Assist in a variety of dental procedures, including surgical and restorative phases.
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure they are always ready for our patients.
• Provide excellent chairside assistance and patient management.
• Educate patients on post-operative care and ensure their comfort.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to infection control protocols.
• Sterilize dental instruments and equipment.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Dental Assistant.
• Strong knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.
• Experience assisting with dental surgery (AOX) would be a plus.
• Proficient in using dental software and digital imaging systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of professionalism.
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
