About the Role
We are seeking motivated and reliable Process Workers to join our Production team.
Positions are available across Day Shift (7:00am – 3:00pm) and Afternoon Shift (2:30pm – 10:30pm), Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work available based on operational needs.
In this role, you will support various stages of the manufacturing process, including the precise mixing and blending of raw materials to produce our high-quality collagen products. You will also ensure all work is carried out in line with strict quality, safety, and production standards.
Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, a solid work ethic, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately batch, blend, and package products in line with SOPs, GMP, and quality standards.
- Operate and maintain production equipment, reporting faults or issues promptly.
- Pack finished products across different packaging formats.
- Ensure traceability using systems such as NetSuite.
- Inspect raw materials and conduct in-process quality checks, collaborating with QA to resolve issues.
- Support inventory and warehouse operations, including stock checks, material handling, and order preparation.
- Maintain blending equipment in good working order and report any faults for timely repair.
- Collaborate with Production, QA, and Warehouse teams to enhance efficiency.
