About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Supply to join our growing team. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, you will be accountable for the end-to-end effectiveness of demand planning, supply planning, procurement, and inventory governance.
You will own the single source of truth for demand, supply, and inventory data, ensuring the business operates to a stable, realistic, and well-governed plan that enables seamless execution by our Production, Logistics & Fulfilment teams.
This is a pivotal leadership role where you will design, embed, and govern robust processes, systems, and data discipline whilst providing visible, hands-on leadership to elevate capability, communication, and accountability across the Supply function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead demand & supply planning, S&OP, and inventory governance to deliver accurate forecasts, stable plans, and optimal inventory health (availability, excess, expiry risk).
- Own procurement strategy, supplier performance, cost management, supply continuity, and risk mitigation.
- Maintain master data integrity and act as business owner for NetSuite planning, procurement, and inventory modules.
- Design, document, and continuously improve scalable end-to-end supply processes, SOPs, and systems.
- Embed quality standards and approved specifications into all planning and procurement decisions, partnering closely with Quality.
- Support new product development and launches by ensuring supply feasibility, capacity, and quality readiness from concept through to end-of-life management.
- Provide visible leadership to the Supply team, fostering accountability, proactive communication, and professional development.
About You
- Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field (preferred).
- 5+ years in senior supply chain, planning, or procurement leadership roles.
- Strong experience in demand & supply planning, S&OP, procurement, and inventory management.
- High proficiency with NetSuite ERP and planning systems.
- Proven ability to design and embed scalable processes and governance frameworks.
- Leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strategic, analytical thinker with excellent commercial judgement and attention to detail.
- Confident decision-maker comfortable with trade-offs in a fast-paced, high-growth business.
- Strong cross-functional communicator and influencer.
- Passion for health, wellness, and consumer brands.
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence and full working rights in Australia.
