We’re currently seeking a hands-on ERP & Business Systems Administrator to oversee our NetSuite ERP and connected platforms (Shopify, Celigo, Shiphero, WMS, 3PLs). You’ll ensure system stability, seamless integrations, strong governance, and scalable operations while supporting internal capability and helping to reduce external partner dependency.
Reporting to the Head of Finance, you’ll work closely with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Fulfilment, Quality, CX, and E-commerce teams to deliver reliable systems that support accurate financials and efficient execution.
The key responsibilities will include:
- Manage NetSuite administration and connected systems configuration (e.g. roles, permissions, workflows, forms, records, stability, data integrity, and day-to-day reliability).
- Proactively monitor integrations and workflows (e.g. order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, inventory, manufacturing, fulfilment).
- Set up health checks, alerts, and exception reporting to identify issues early.
- Support end-to-end data flow across NetSuite, Shopify, Celigo, 3PLs and other platforms, while addressing integration failures, retries, and multi-entity/multi-region consistency.
- Act as a central escalation point to diagnose, resolve, and document incidents, distinguishing between system and process issues.
- Define and maintain clear system processes, SOPs, documentation, and training materials while supporting governance adherence.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying automation opportunities, translating pain points into scalable enhancements, and assisting with upgrades/roadmap planning under structured change control.
- Safeguard master and transactional data accuracy and auditability.
- Serve as primary contact for NetSuite, Celigo, WMS and support partners; triage issues internally, review recommendations, and build internal expertise to minimise external reliance.
About You:
- 5+ years hands-on NetSuite support/administration in complex, scaling environments.
- Degree in Accounting, Information Systems or related field (NetSuite certification highly regarded).
- Strong NetSuite administration, configuration, troubleshooting, and integration experience with: Shopify, iPaaS like Celigo, WMS, 3PLs.
- Exposure to multi-entity/multi-region ERP environments.
- Experience within a manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, FMCG environment would be advantageous.
- Excellent documentation, communication, stakeholder engagement, and collaborative problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to work through issues collaboratively while supporting process discipline.
