We are seeking dedicated professional Disability Support Workers to join our team.

The ideal candidates will have solid experience supporting people with disabilities and a strong commitment to person‑centred care.
Manage and de-escalate challenging behaviours such as verbal and physical aggression while encouraging independence, growth, and community reintegration.

Key responsibilities of this role will include
- Support clients in achieving their goals by providing direct care in accordance with the individual’s PSBP and company guidelines
- Navigate challenging behaviours such as verbal and physical aggression while encouraging independence, growth, and reintegration into the community
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation, including shift notes, incident reports, and other relevant records

NDIS Worker Orientation Module – Quality, Safety and You.On-going work, with consistent hours.
Must have a minimum of 3 days/nights available a week
Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of commencement).
2pm-10pm
sleepover or actives 10pm-0600am
Must be available to work a minimum of 4 days per week on an ongoing basis within the following time frames:

– Access to a comprehensive insured car with 5 seats
– NDIS Module – Quality, Safety & You
– NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWC) for paid employment
– Blue Card (WWCC) for paid employment
– Current First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
– Manage and de-escalate challenging behaviours using approved techniques.
– MUST
be available to work a minimum of 4 days per week on an ongoing basis within the following time frames:
6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 2pm-6am (sleepover), 10pm-6am awake/active shift.
