As our Level 2 Technical Support Officer, you’ll play a key role behind the scenes — keeping our staff connected, our systems running smoothly, and our teams equipped to deliver life‑changing support. If you’re a reliable tech all‑rounder who enjoys solving problems and helping people do their best work, you’ll fit right in.
What you’ll do
- Resolve escalated hardware, software, application, and network issues.
- Support Windows (primary), limited macOS, and basic Linux environments.
- Troubleshoot networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, connectivity).
- Support Microsoft 365, email, and core business apps.
- Deploy and maintain end‑user devices and software.
- Configure and maintain systems, assist with upgrades, patches, and new tech rollouts.
- Manage user accounts and access permissions.
- Handle tickets within SLAs, document fixes, and escalate when needed.
- Maintain documentation and share knowledge with Level 1 staff.
- Provide clear, friendly support and build positive stakeholder relationships.
- Support security, compliance, and OHS requirements.
- Travel between sites as required.
What you’ll bring
- 2–3 years’ experience in IT support or service desk.
- Strong troubleshooting across hardware, software, and networking.
- Solid Windows support + some macOS exposure.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and enterprise apps.
- Experience with ITSM/ticketing tools.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to different site environments.
