The Bridge is a progressive not-for-profit organisation delivering services to people with disability, and from disadvantaged backgrounds, throughout the south-eastern and northern Melbourne community. About The Role:

The Intake and Engagement Officer manage the end-to-end intake process, ensuring a smooth transition from enquiry to service commencement. Working across multiple service areas, the Intake and Engagement Officer maintains high standards of customer service through consistent administrative systems.

 

Selection Criteria:

Essential

  • Experience in disability services and client intake. 
  • Strong customer service, administration, and interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to adapt and build rapport with internal teams and external stakeholders. 
  • Excellent time management, organisational, and multitasking abilities. 
  • Risk awareness and service suitability assessment skills. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, databases, and Google Docs. 
  • Demonstrated integrity and client-focused approach. 
  • Current Victorian Driver’s License and ability to travel between The Bridge site locations. 
  • Current WWCC 

Desirable

  • Experience with Supportability and HubSpot. 
  • Knowledge of the NDIS Price Guide.
