About The Role:
The Intake and Engagement Officer manage the end-to-end intake process, ensuring a smooth transition from enquiry to service commencement. Working across multiple service areas, the Intake and Engagement Officer maintains high standards of customer service through consistent administrative systems.
Selection Criteria:
Essential
- Experience in disability services and client intake.
- Strong customer service, administration, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt and build rapport with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Excellent time management, organisational, and multitasking abilities.
- Risk awareness and service suitability assessment skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, databases, and Google Docs.
- Demonstrated integrity and client-focused approach.
- Current Victorian Driver’s License and ability to travel between The Bridge site locations.
- Current WWCC
Desirable
- Experience with Supportability and HubSpot.
- Knowledge of the NDIS Price Guide.
