As an Employment Support Consultant, you’ll work directly with participants to help them prepare for, find, and maintain meaningful employment. You’ll provide tailored coaching, build genuine relationships, and support people from diverse backgrounds to navigate barriers with confidence.

In this dynamic, people‑centred role, you’ll empower participants to unlock their strengths, explore career options, and connect with opportunities that align with their goals. No two days or clients are the same — and every day, you’ll be making a positive impact.

Please note this is not an entry level role. We are looking for someone with either a certificate III (3) or experience in employment, community services or a related field.
