Full-Time | Hybrid role (Melbourne office)

About the Role

We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to support our leadership team. You’ll be based out of our Melbourne office, working onsite with the flexibility of a hybrid model.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support to across the foundations function
  • Managing calendars and meeting coordination
  • Preparing and distributing correspondence, reports, and follow ups for reconciliations

  • Supporting the smooth running of day-to-day operations in this function

About You

You’re a natural organiser who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly. You anticipate needs before they arise, communicate with confidence, and thrive in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.

To be successful in this role, you’ll have:

  • A background in executive assistance, office management, or a similar senior administrative role for an accounting team
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and common scheduling tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • A collaborative mindset, discretion, and a willingness to take initiative
