Bookkeeper / Accounts Administrator

Full-Time | Hybrid role (Melbourne office)

About the Role

We’re looking for a Bookkeeper or Accounts Administrator to support our accounting team. You’ll be based out of our Melbourne office, working onsite with the flexibility of a hybrid model.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • General administrative support across the accounts function
  • Coding of bills, invoices, and card claims
  • Preparing and completing bank reconciliations

About You

You’re detail-oriented, organised, and take pride in keeping the numbers accurate. You enjoy working with purpose-driven organisations and thrive in a collaborative team environment.

To be successful in this role, you’ll have:

  • A background in bookkeeping, accounts administration, or a similar role
  • Experience with Xero or MYOB (ideal but not essential)
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to take initiative
