About Sweat
Millions of women around the world open the Sweat app every day to move, feel better, and take care of themselves.
Sweat is one of the world’s leading women’s fitness platforms, founded in Adelaide and used by millions globally. We’re a technology company at our core; fast-moving, ambitious, and deeply committed to the women in our community. Our team is the reason we’ve built what we’ve built, and our next chapter depends on continuing to hire exceptional people.
This is a recruitment role with real purpose. As our Talent Partner, every hire you make contributes directly to a product that changes lives. That’s not something you get to say about every job.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Talent Partner who wants to own recruitment, not just coordinate it. You’ll manage the full hiring lifecycle across the business, working directly with hiring managers to find and secure the best talent in a competitive market. This role can be hybrid from our offices in either Adelaide or Melbourne, or remote.
This is a high-trust, high-autonomy role. You’ll be the expert in the room when it comes to sourcing strategy, candidate assessment, and how we show up in the market as an employer. You’ll manage multiple roles simultaneously, move fast without cutting corners, and ensure an excellent candidate experience every time.
Beyond recruitment, you’ll contribute to the broader People & Culture team; supporting onboarding, HR operations, and people projects. And given we’re a tech company, if there’s an AI tool or automation that makes you faster and better, we expect you to find it and use it.
Key responsibilities in this role include;
Owning end-to-end recruitment for all roles across the business
Partnering with hiring managers as a trusted advisor
Building tailored sourcing strategies for each role
Managing candidate pipelines with discipline
Tracking what matters and using data to keep getting better
Building talent pipelines for high-frequency or critical roles so we’re never starting from zero
Transitioning new starters seamlessly into onboarding from offer acceptance through to day one
Maintaining accurate records in Employment Hero and supporting HR reporting
Contributing to performance cycle administration, policy compliance, and P&C projects
Acting as a culture builder; bringing energy, ideas, and initiative to the team, not just recruitment execution
What you’ll bring
3–5 years in a dedicated recruitment role (in-house, agency, or both)
Genuine experience managing high-volume, concurrent roles without dropping quality or candidate experience
Strong direct sourcing skills; you know your way around LinkedIn and you don’t rely on job ads alone
Experience across a range of disciplines; ideally including engineering, product, marketing and support functions.
A real passion for recruitment as a craft; you really care about the quality of every hire, not just filling the seat
Bonus points for
In-house experience at a technology or high-growth company
Hands-on experience with Employment Hero or similar HRIS/ATS platforms
Exposure to employer branding, DEI hiring practices, or structured interviewing programs
A qualification in HR, or Business; though equivalent experience works just as well here
