About the Role
As a Senior Product Manager at Sweat, you’ll lead the end-to-end product lifecycle; from discovery through to delivery, working cross-functionally with design, engineering, marketing, and commercial teams.
You’ll identify customer needs, solve real problems, and drive product strategies that deliver both exceptional user experiences and commercial impact. You’ll also act as a key connector across the business, ensuring alignment with our product vision and empowering teams to execute at pace.
This role can be remote, or hybrid from our offices in Adelaide or Melbourne.
What You’ll Do
Product Leadership
- Own and drive the full product lifecycle
- Translate business strategy and customer insights into impactful product initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, drive growth, and expand market share
- Define and prioritise product backlogs aligned to strategic goals
- Champion and evolve the product roadmap across short- and long-term horizons
- Act as a subject matter expert on Sweat’s product offering
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with engineering, product design, marketing, and commercial teams
- Align stakeholders around product direction, priorities, and delivery timelines
- Support go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and release planning
Leadership & Influence
- Lead through influence within cross-functional teams
- Drive alignment across Product & Engineering leadership
- Communicate clearly with senior stakeholders and the broader business
Innovation & Strategy
- Stay ahead of trends in fitness, health tech, and digital product innovation
- Contribute to R&D and future product vision
- Balance customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility
What You’ll Bring
- 4+ years’ experience in product management (digital products/apps or consumer tech)
- Proven ability to manage the full product lifecycle end-to-end
- Strong experience working in Agile environments (Scrum team, using tools like Jira, Confluence)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability
- Ability to prioritise and deliver in a fast-paced environment
- A deep customer-first mindset
Bonus Points For:
- Experience in subscription-based products (fitness or wellness preferred)
- Familiarity with mobile/web technologies, analytics, and UX principles
- Agile certifications (CSM, PSM)
- Experience with design thinking frameworks
