Summary:

The Guest Services Officer plays a vital role in ensuring a positive experience for all our guests. This part-time position involves providing exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries, scheduling guest programs, arrivals, and departures, and supporting the administrative functions of the organisation. The ideal candidate will contribute to a welcoming atmosphere and uphold the standards of our establishment.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
  • Support the administrative team with various tasks, including program scheduling, staff appointments, guest coordination, and customer service.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met efficiently.
  • Contribute to facilitating a clean and comfortable environment for our guests
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation as required.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Proficient in using office software and technology.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
