Responsibilities: 📌
• Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
• Develop age-appropriate lesson plans that promote physical, social, emotional, cognitive, and creative development
• Implement daily routines such as meals, nap time, and outdoor play
• Observe children’s behaviour and assess their progress
• Offer individualised attention to each child’s unique needs
• Build positive relationships with children to promote trust and communication
• Collaborate with parents/guardians to support each child’s development
• Maintain accurate records in line with regulations and policies
