Tall Tree Early Learning Manning features an incredible 360° rooftop garden that wraps around the entire length of the building, creating a one-of-a-kind space for children to explore and connect with nature, right in the heart of the suburbs. Your Role:
- As an Early Childhood Educator, you will:
- Plan and deliver play-based learning experiences that nurture curiosity, creativity, and resilience.
- Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a welcoming and inclusive environment.
- Support children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through intentional teaching practices.
- Contribute ideas, creativity, and expertise to continually enhance our programs and environments.
- Collaborate with your team to maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment that encourages exploration and growth.
What We’re Looking For:
- Cert III-qualified, Working Towards Diploma, or Diploma-qualified in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- Passionate about play-based and child-led learning.
- Committed to teamwork, collaboration, and building positive relationships.
- Dedicated to fostering inclusive, safe, and respectful learning environments.
- Holder of current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and a valid Working with Children Check.
